第三届全国感应热处理学术交流会于1986年7月2日至7月7日在第二汽车制造厂召开。这次会议是由中国机械工程学会感应热处理技术委员会主持召开的,参加会议的有来自全国的科研单位、大专院校及工厂的150多名代表。感应热处理具有节能、高效、便于自动化生产和不污染环境等一系列优点。我国已经有应用该项技术的三十多年的历史,在基础理论和生产实践、科研等方面均有一定的基础。特别是近年来,在汽车、拖拉机制造生产中,感应热处理技术发展迅速。感应热处理电源设备与零件数成倍增长,感应热处理的新工艺、新设备、新型感应器及感应器用新材料不断涌现。
The 3rd National Symposium on Induction Heat Treatment was held at the Second Automobile Manufacturing Plant from July 2nd to July 7th, 1986. The conference was hosted by the Induction Heat Treatment Technical Committee of the China Mechanical Engineering Society. More than 150 representatives from scientific research institutes, colleges and universities and factories across the country attended the conference. Induction heat treatment has a series of advantages such as energy-saving, high-efficiency, easy-to-automate production, and no pollution to the environment. China has had a history of more than 30 years of applying this technology and has a certain basis in basic theory, production practice, and scientific research. Especially in recent years, induction heat treatment technology has developed rapidly in the manufacture of automobiles and tractors. The number of induction heat treatment power supply equipment and parts has increased exponentially, and new processes for inductive heat treatment, new equipment, new types of inductors, and new materials for inductors continue to emerge.
