目的:比较选区光固化立体造型(stereo lithography apparatus,SLA)和激光烧结(selected laser sintering,SLS)两种快速成型技术制作赝复体皮纹的实际效果。方法:利用Geomagic软件中的浮雕功能模拟不同皮纹深度,采用SLA与SLS两种快速成型技术制作负型并翻制成硅橡胶样块,比较两者纹理效果。结果:采用SLA技术翻制的硅橡胶样块的纹理与模拟的皮纹深度一致,而采用SLS技术翻制的硅橡胶样块纹理准确度较低,其台阶效应可适用于对皮纹要求不高的部位。结论:SLA技术能够满足制作对皮纹要求较高的颜面赝复体,SLS技术适用于制作对皮肤纹理要求不高部位的赝复体。
Objective: To compare the practical effects of two rapid prototyping techniques, including stereo lithography apparatus (SLA) and selected laser sintering (SLS). Methods: Using the relief function in Geomagic software to simulate the depth of different dermatoglyphs, two rapid prototyping techniques SLA and SLS were used to fabricate a negative type and turn it into a silicone rubber specimen. The texture effects of the two were compared. Results: The texture of the silicone rubber samples reproduced by SLA technology is consistent with the simulation of the dermatoglyphics, while the accuracy of the silicone rubber samples reproduced by the SLS technology is lower, and the step effect can be applied to the requirement of dermatoglyphics High parts. Conclusion: The SLA technique can meet the need of making facial prostheses with high requirements on the dermatoglyphics. The SLS technique is suitable for making prostheses with less demanding skin texture.
