采用不同土壤育苗和7 种杀菌剂室内药效测定技术,对引起松苗立枯病的病原腐皮镰刀菌( Fusarium solani)、细交链孢菌( Alternaria tenuis)和立枯丝核菌( Rhizoctoniasolani)进行了防治试验,结果表明:不同土壤发病率为混合土5.1% ,腐殖质土13.1% 、表土34.2% 、消毒土36.8% 。药效测定结果为硫酸亚铁、硫酸铜对3 种菌均起抑制作用。硫酸铜对镰刀菌和丝核菌具有杀死作用,而对交链孢菌起抑制作用。
Fusarium solani, Alternaria tenuis and Rhizoctonia solani, which caused the seedling blight of Pinus sylvestris, were tested with different soil nurseries and 7 fungicides. The results showed that the incidence rates of different soils were 5.1% for mixed soil, 13.1% for humified soil, 34.2% for topsoil and 36.8% for disinfected soil. Pharmacodynamic determination of ferrous sulfate, copper sulfate on three kinds of bacteria have an inhibitory effect. Copper sulfate has a killing effect on Fusarium and Rhizoctonia, while it inhibits Alternaria.
