随着人才资源在行政管理中的地位和作用日益得到增强,人力资源管理制度的调整开始突显出了它在实践中的焦点地位。对于非营利组织而言,加强对人力资源的管理也演变成了非营利组织管理的核心问题。为了提高工作效率,在非营利组织中增强人力资源管理的效率、建立一套科学化、规范化的员工管理机制是非常必要的。而现今由于非营利组织本身的特殊性和自身发展的限制,人力资源管理模式仍处于低端水平。那么非营利组织的人力资源管理现存的问题有哪些,如何改进和调整等等,这是当前非营利组织所面对的迫在眉睫的任务。本文通过对非营利组织人力资源管理的分析研究,挖掘出我国非营利组织在人力资源管理方面的不足,提出可能采取的调整对策。
As the status and role of human resources in administrative management have been increasingly strengthened, the adjustment of human resources management system has begun to highlight its focal position in practice. For nonprofit organizations, strengthening the management of human resources has also evolved into a core issue for the management of nonprofit organizations. In order to improve work efficiency, it is necessary to enhance the efficiency of human resource management in non-profit organizations and to establish a scientific and standardized staff management mechanism. Nowadays, due to the particularity of nonprofit organizations and the limitations of their own development, the mode of human resources management is still at a low level. So what are the problems existing in the human resource management of non-profit organizations, how to improve and adjust them, etc., which are the urgent tasks facing the current non-profit organizations. Based on the analysis of human resource management of non-profit organizations, this paper digs out the deficiencies of human resource management of non-profit organizations in China and puts forward the possible adjustment measures.
