桩基的成孔质量直接影响到成桩质量,大直径超长钻孔灌注桩由于直径大入土深,成孔施工质量控制日益受到各方重视。本文对大直径超长钻孔灌注桩成孔质量检测内容、质量标准与检测方法进行了详细介绍,重点对目前最先进的超声波法成孔质量检测方法进行了阐述,依托钱江通道南接线段超声波法成孔质量检测实例,结合实测孔径剖面图分析了成孔质量,以期为相关工程的成孔质量控制提供参考。
The quality of the pile foundation directly affects the quality of the pile. Because of the large diameter of the large-diameter cast-in-situ pile, the quality control of the hole construction is increasingly valued by all parties. In this paper, the testing contents, quality standards and testing methods for the hole quality of large-diameter extra-long cast-in-place bored piles are introduced in detail. The most advanced ultrasonic method for hole quality testing is described emphatically. Relying on the south connecting section of Qianjiang Channel An example of the hole quality testing by ultrasonic method was established. The pore forming quality was analyzed with the measured aperture profile, in order to provide reference for the hole quality control of related projects.
