师生平等是学生创造性的基石。教师要创设和谐的师生学习氛围,培养学生发散想象思维,养成良好的学习习惯。通过案例研究法,阐述了师生平等是建立学习、研讨、想象、提出问题、解决问题的关键。论证了只有教师放下架子,最大限度接受学生想象力,学生才能真正参与学习,才能真正得到提高。好的课堂教学应该有一种友好、民主、平等的教学氛围。教师不是把自己的思维方式与结论强加给学生,而是启发学生自己去思考得出结论。尊重学生的不同意见和观点,允许学生自由讨论和争鸣,有意识地表扬有独创见解的学生,形成有利于发展学生求异思维、多向思维的氛围。
Equality between teachers and students is the cornerstone of student creativity. Teachers should create a harmonious atmosphere of teacher-student learning, develop students’ divergent imagination and develop good study habits. Through the case study method, it expounds that the equality between teachers and students is the key to establishing learning, discussing, imagining, asking questions and solving problems. It is demonstrated that only when teachers let go of their shelves and accepted the students’ imagination to the maximum extent can students truly participate in the study, can they really be improved. Good classroom teaching should have a friendly, democratic and equal teaching atmosphere. Teachers do not impose their own ways of thinking and conclusions on students, but rather inspire students to think for themselves. Respect students ’different views and opinions, allow students to freely discuss and contend, consciously praise students with original ideas, and form an atmosphere conducive to developing students’ creative thinking and multi-directional thinking.
