教与学的关系问题是教学过程的本质问题,教学是教师教与学生学的有机统一,这种统一的实质是交往互动。新课程把教学过程看成是师生交往、积极互动、共同发展的过程,没有交往,没有互动,就不存在或未发生教学。那些只有教学的形式表现而无实质性交往发生的教学是假教学。把教学本质定为交往是对教学过程的正本清源,它是对“把教学看成是教师有目的、有计划、有组织地向学生传授知识、训练技能、发展智力、培养能力、陶冶品德的过程” The relationship between teaching and learning is the essence of the teaching process.
