采用正交实验设计方法研究了复合添加稀土Ce、Sn、Al及B等合金元素对H62双相黄铜显微组织结构和力学性能的影响。结果表明:稀土等合金元素的加入明显增加了合金中的β′相数量,使合金在室温时的非平衡铸态组织由大量的β′相和少量的α相组成;同时添加适量的合金元素使合金的显微硬度和抗拉强度得到了明显提高。
The effects of alloying elements Ce, Sn, Al and B on the microstructures and mechanical properties of H62 duplex brass were investigated by orthogonal experimental design. The results show that the addition of alloying elements such as rare earth significantly increases the amount of β ’phase in the alloy. The non-equilibrium as-cast microstructure of the alloy at room temperature consists of a large amount of β’ phase and a small amount of α phase. At the same time, So that the alloy microhardness and tensile strength has been significantly improved.
