随着建筑节能的全面推进,超细无机纤维喷涂保温广泛用于地下室顶棚、设备机房、结构复杂的大型(异形)体育场馆、博物馆、交通枢纽等领域。喷涂作业时,喷嘴在循环形范围内做迂回直线连续移动,以保证喷涂均匀连续。待喷涂完表面干燥约半小时后,根据保温或吸声工程的不同要求,使用压板或铝合金杠尺等不同整形工具进行表面整形;在整形后的产品表面再次喷涂粘接剂,增强表面强度;固化72小时后可进行修整、装饰等其他工序。
