脑卒中发病有季节性。根据这一特点采取主动的预防措施，是防止复发，提高脑卒中患者的生活质量的关键环节之一。通过对我院脑系科近两年的临床资料进行统计学分析，结果表明：夏季为脑梗塞的高发季节，冬季为脑出血的高发季节，Ｐ＜０．０５。提示我们在炎热夏季加强对缺血性脑卒中患者的检查治疗，寒冷冬季重视对出血性脑卒中的诊治。从而在不同的季节采取不同的预防和护理措施，降低脑卒中的发病率和致残率
Stroke incidence is seasonal. According to this feature to take proactive preventive measures is to prevent recurrence and improve the quality of life in patients with stroke one of the key links. The clinical data of our department in the past two years were statistically analyzed. The results showed that the summer was the high incidence season of cerebral infarction and the winter was the high incidence season of cerebral hemorrhage, P <0.05.
