对oligo(dT)纤维素纯化poly(A)RNA的方法进行了改良。缩小了层析柱床的体积,使填料用量仅为常规量的1/50—1/100,即在移液器尖嘴中进行层析。与常规方法相比,它具有实验时间短、洗脱的mRNA可直接合成cDNA和得率较高等优点。
The method of oligo (dT) cellulose purification of poly (A) RNA was modified. The column bed is reduced in size by a factor of 1 / 50-1 / 100 of the usual amount, ie, chromatography in pipette beaks. Compared with the conventional method, it has the advantages of short experiment time, eluted mRNA, direct synthesis of cDNA and high yields.
