龙胆泻肝汤首见于《灵兰秘藏》,方由龙胆草、柴胡、泽泻、车前子、生地、木通、当归组成。又见于《医方集解》,其中药物在前方基础上增加了黄芩、山栀、甘草,乃为近代所用的龙胆泻肝汤。该方用于清肝利湿,凡属肝胆实火上炎或湿热下注所致各种证候而津液未伤者均可用之。以胁痛目赤,耳聋耳肿,口苦溺赤,舌红脉弦数为辨证要点,用来治疗由湿热所致的小便淋浊,阴痒阴肿,妇女带下等。笔者在临床中运用本方治疗多种疾病,疗效显著现将典型病例介绍如下。白塞氏综合征 Long Dan Xie Gan soup first seen in the “Ling Lan secrets,” by the gentian, Bupleurum, Alisma, Plantago, habitat, wood pass, Angelica.
