实验在离子源测试平台上进行,平台包括离子源、束流监测、真空系统、供电电源、进气系统、水冷、气动等辅助系统。其中,供电电源安装在两个电位上,高压电源、抑制电源位于地电位,微波电源和离子源励磁电源位于75kV电位。离子源引出电流及电压通过高压电源的显示给出,显示的电流值和法拉第筒的读数已做了校正。一共开展了3次可靠性实验,实验结果列于表1。
Experiments on the ion source test platform, the platform includes ion source, beam monitoring, vacuum system, power supply, intake system, water cooling, pneumatic and other auxiliary systems. Among them, the power supply installed in the two potential, high-voltage power supply, suppression of power at ground potential, microwave power and ion source excitation power at 75kV potential. The ion source draws current and voltage through the high-voltage power supply display, showing the current value and Faraday cup readings have been corrected. A total of three reliability experiments were carried out. The experimental results are shown in Table 1.
