园长与教师良好的互动对于提升园长管理效能以及促进教师专业发展具有积极意义。本研究基于呼和浩特市50位园长与160位教师互动的真实情况的调查,发现园长与教师对互动作用的认识较为理想,但也存在一系列不容忽视的问题,如园长与教师对双方关系的感受不一致、互动主体存在倾斜、互动方式单一、互动频率较少、教师在互动中的状态不理想等。因此,作为管理者的园长,应该着力于建立平等的互动关系,缩小与教师之间的心理距离,拓宽互动的渠道,进而提高自身的管理效能。
The good interaction between the headmaster and the teacher has positive significance for improving the headmaster’s management efficiency and promoting the professional development of teachers. Based on the investigation of the interaction between 50 heads and 160 teachers in Hohhot, this study found that the director and teacher are more aware of the interaction, but there are also a series of problems that can not be ignored. For example, The relationship between the feelings of inconsistencies, the main body of the existing interaction tilt, a single interaction, interaction frequency less teachers in the state of interaction is not ideal. Therefore, as the director of the manager, efforts should be made to establish equal interaction, narrow the psychological distance with teachers, broaden the channels of interaction, and then improve their management efficiency.
