本文对22例PNH患者进行了红细胞系的细胞学研究,发现红细胞系的增殖活性受抑制,总标记指数及部分标记指数均降低,前者为20.8±1.26%(正常30.0±1.15%),早幼红细胞的标记指数为66.4±1.93%(正常75.3±2.96%),嗜硷性有核红细胞——49.0±2.05%(正常53.0±3.05%),多染性红细胞——18.8±88%(正常23.9±1.42%)。患者分两组,第一组总标记指数在正常的最低值(平均26.5±1.1%),第二组明显减低(平均14.6±0.76%),这说明骨髓造血的改变,也证明早期前体红细胞有损害。PNH时贫血不仅与溶血,也与骨髓红系前体细胞增殖活性降低有关。PAS反应可以测定不合格的细胞数,在一定程度
