每日新闻1982.3.2报道:去年六月在日本首次使用基因工程技术成功地合成了胃液分泌抑制激素——促胰液素。促胰液素是人类小肠上部粘膜分泌的极其少量的调节胰液分泌的蛋白质类的激素。最近,因治疗胃溃疡、十二指肠溃疡有特效而被人们所注意。可是,历来都从猪小肠中提取,一头猪的小肠所能提取的促胰液素仅能满足一个患者一天的需要量,因此尽管有特效,而在日本却仅有一家企业生产。
