60年代中期以来,各工业发达国家竞相研究开发能辨识煤层—岩石分界面的煤岩界面识别传感器。从煤矿井下工作条件及工作对象来看,对煤岩界面识别传感器有以下要求: 1.分辨率:在典型地质条件及正常工作噪声和振动的环境下,能精确地分辨50~250mm厚的余煤,并要求重复性好。 2.输出:要有一定输出幅值以实现数显或与采煤机控制系统联接。 3.可靠性:能适应井下恶劣的工作环境。 4.可行性:成本低、结构简单,可在采煤机上安装。
Since the mid-1960s, all industrialized countries competed to research and develop coal-rock interface identification sensors capable of identifying the coal seam-rock interface. From coal mine working conditions and work objects, coal and rock interface identification sensor has the following requirements: 1. Resolution: Under typical geological conditions and normal working noise and vibration environment, can accurately distinguish between 50 ~ 250mm thick Coal, and requires good repeatability. 2.
