对株硬集团国际化历程进行了系统分析,指出其国际化途径是从内向国际化开始再过渡到外向国际化,其中联盟充当了有效工具。给出了联盟能力与国际化绩效的理论模型,提出联盟能力是由联盟学习能力、联盟运营能力、联盟协控能力构成的自组织能力整合系统,联盟能力是企业在联盟领域获得竞争优势、取得价值的有效手段。联盟是国际化的最佳选择与关键影响因素,因此联盟能力对企业国际化有着非常重要的影响。最后从联盟能力的视角提出了株硬集团下一步的国际化策略:对钨资源依赖性很强的业务块,应利用钨资源优势确立联盟控制地位,将钨资源优势转化产业优势和市场优势;自主技术型业务板块,除与世界强势企业建立合资公司外,应广结联盟,博采众长,发挥学习能力,在引进先进技术并消化吸收基础上创新,提升自身的产业水平;基础薄弱型业务单元,应选择硬质合金的最终用户作为联盟伙伴,实现优势互补,互利共赢。
