经过考察和调研多家钢厂钢包炉(LF)电极旋转装置使用情况,结合参与LF炉电极旋转装置的设计经验,从设备形式、定位精度、旋转角度、设备维护及一次投资等方面对回转支撑+电机驱动、回转支撑+油缸驱动、旋转轨道+电机驱动和旋转轨道+油缸驱动这4种电极旋转方式进行了对比分析。结果表明,旋转轨道+电机驱动式因其设备相对简单和后期维护成本相对低廉,目前正被越来越多的采用;并且采用旋转轨道+电机驱动式的电极旋转基础横向距离较小,较其他方式更加适用于钢包车需横穿的电极旋转双工位LF炉。
After inspecting and investigating the use of ladle furnace (LF) electrode rotating devices in a number of steel mills and combining with the design experience of electrode rotating devices for LF furnaces, the slewing ring is supported from the aspects of equipment form, positioning accuracy, rotation angle, equipment maintenance and primary investment + Motor drive, swivel support + cylinder drive, rotary + motor drive and rotary + cylinder drive cylinder electrode rotation of these four kinds of comparative analysis. The results show that rotary orbit + motor drive is more and more used due to its relatively simple equipment and relatively low post-maintenance cost. And the rotary track + motor-driven electrode has a smaller horizontal distance of rotation base than the other The method is more suitable for ladle car to be traversed electrode rotation double station LF furnace.
