螺纹环规要求有高的精度,良好的尺寸稳定性,并要求具有较高的硬度和耐磨性。螺纹环规所用的原材料为CrMa钢,由于其组织偏析和疏松严重,所以一般的制造工艺路线为:下料—锻造—退火—粗车—调质—精车—淬火—低温回火—平磨—磨内孔—磨螺纹—成品。其热处理工艺详见图1。由此可见,该工艺热加工工序多,生产周期长,又由于热处理后内径变形无规律,因此增加了机械加工工序。为此,我们采用形变热处理工艺试生产了一批螺纹环规毛坯。试验结果表明,该试生产工艺效果好,工艺是可行的,并大大提高了生产率.
Threaded rings require high precision, good dimensional stability, and require high hardness and wear resistance. The raw material used for the thread ring gauge is CrMa steel. Due to the serious segregation of its structure and looseness, the general manufacturing routes are: blanking - forging - annealing - roughing - quenching - finishing - quenching - tempering - grinding - Grinding hole - grinding thread - finished product. The heat treatment process shown in Figure 1. Thus, the process of hot working processes, long production cycle, but also due to irregular heat treatment after the deformation of the inner diameter, thus increasing the machining process. To this end, we use a deformation heat treatment process trial production of a number of thread ring rough. The test results show that the trial production process is effective, the process is feasible, and greatly improve the productivity.
