目的采用实验室间比对质量控制考核方法评价各省级疾病预防控制中心生活饮用水中金属指标铊的检测能力。方法将参加实验室分成2组,每组约16个实验室,不同浓度水平双样设计,采用稳健统计方法对实验室能力进行评价。结果全国27家省(直辖市、自治区)疾病预防控制中心参加了本次实验室间比对,获得满意结果的实验室22家,占81.5%;有可疑结果的实验室2家,占7.4%;有离群结果的实验室3家,占11.1%。结论参加本次实验室间比对的省级疾病预防控制中心,大多数具有生活饮用水中金属指标铊的检测能力。
Objective To evaluate the detection ability of thallium, a metal index in drinking water of CDC by using inter-laboratory comparison and quality control assessment methods. Methods The participating laboratories were divided into two groups with about 16 laboratories in each group. Different concentrations of the two laboratories were designed in double designs and robust statistical methods were used to evaluate the laboratory capabilities. Results The CDC of 27 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) in China participated in this laboratory with 22 laboratories with satisfactory results, accounting for 81.5%; 2 laboratories with suspicious results, accounting for 7.4%; There are 3 outlying laboratories, accounting for 11.1%. Conclusion The provincial center for CDC participating in this inter-laboratory comparison, most of them have the ability to detect thallium, a metal indicator in drinking water.
