Judicial disclosure is the basic principle established by our country’s constitution, which is stipulated in the three major procedural laws of our country. At present, judicial reform is being carried out in our country. Judicial disclosure is the most important task in judicial reform. One of the important goals of judicial reform is to realize judicial fairness through judicial publicity. Judicial disclosure is the lever that the judicial reform must firmly grasp. In recent years, the Supreme People’s Court has paid special attention to the establishment of a system of judicial publicity.
