美国心理学者戈尔曼1995年在《情感智力》一书中提出了情绪智力的论述,广大教育工作者对此作了许多的培养尝试。生物学因其学科特点,使她具有丰富的“情绪智力”教育素材。生物教师,应发挥学科优势,创设教育氛围,开发学生的“情绪智力”。 一、感受信心、乐观 展示生物美,使学生获得情感体验,心情愉快、乐学,是培养信心、乐观的基本途径。生物学的教学内容无处不体现美的成分。花草树木、虫鸟鱼兽;学科理论、规律公式、图像图表;实验挂图、模型课件等,无处不蕴涵着自然的和人文的美。在我们的生活环境中,有着各种各样的生物,教师可根据当地的实际情况,引导或组织学生实地调查动
