本文介绍对国内氮气雾化法生产的FGH95高温合金粉末的研究结果,并和美国Crucible公司用氩气雾化法生产的Rene95合金粉末进行了对比。结果表明,国产旋风分离器粉的粒度组成、松装密度、摇实密度都和美国粉相近,但球形度比美国粉稍差。粘聚程度较重,因而流动性较差;夹杂较多,但空心率和空心直径大于10μm的空心个数都比美国粉低;显微组织、偏析规律与美国粉相同。还观察了粉未经700℃至1200℃真空热处理后组织的变化。发现随处理温度升高,粉末颗粒表面由凹陷变平。当温度≥1160℃时,枝晶消失,出现再结晶和晶粒长大现象。
This paper presents the results of the research on FGH95 superalloy powder produced by the domestic nitrogen atomization method and compared with the Rene95 alloy powder produced by the United States Crucible by argon atomization method. The results show that the particle size, bulk density and tap density of domestic cyclone powder are similar to those of U.S. powder, but the sphericity is slightly worse than that of U.S. powder. Aggregation degree is heavier, so the flowability is poorer; more inclusions, but hollow number and hollow diameter greater than 10μm hollow number is lower than the United States powder; microstructure, segregation rules and American powder same. The changes in the microstructure of the powder after vacuum heat treatment at 700 ° C to 1200 ° C were also observed. It is found that as the treatment temperature increases, the surface of the powder particles becomes flattened by depressions. When the temperature is more than or equal to 1160 ℃, the dendrites disappear and recrystallization and grain growth appear.
