随着素质教育和新课程改革的不断深入,小组合作学习已被许多老师有意识地引入课堂教学,合作交流成为了学生学习的重要方式。《教学课程标准》中也指出:“教师应激发学生的学习积极性,向学生提供充分从事教学活动的机会,帮助他们在自主探索和合作交流的过程中真正理解和掌握基本的数学知识与技能,数学思想和方法,获得广泛的数学活动经验。”今年,我校大力推进板块三串式下的小组合作学习,虽然取得了一定的成果,但在平时的数学课堂上,小组合作学习的低效现象仍然很严重。笔者作为一名一线教师,通过一年来对小组合作学习的尝试与探究,下面,笔者将结合听的一节公开课,谈一谈数学合作学习中存在的几个问题,并提出一些建议及对策。
