一、前言在跳远技术教学中,起跳是跳远技术的核心和教学的重点,只有使学生较好地掌握了起跳技术以及助跑与起跳的衔接技术,才能取得较理想的教学效果和跳远成绩。但在跳远技术教学中,尤其在初学阶段常常可以看到,有些学生为了获得较大的垂直速度和所谓的“理想”腾起角度,在最后几步助跑中拉大步子,起跳时过低地降低身体重心,产生制动力量过大,“见高不见远”等等错误现象。这非但不利于起跳技术的学习与掌握,而且会过多地损失助跑的水平速度,影
I. INTRODUCTION In the long-distance technical teaching, take-off is the core of the long jump technique and the focus of teaching. Only if the students have mastered the jump-starting technology and the linking technology of run-up and jump-off, can they obtain better teaching effect and long-term achievement. However, in the long-distance technical teaching, especially in the beginner stage, it can often be seen that some students, in order to obtain larger vertical speeds and so-called “ideal” angles, step up in the last few steps of the run, and lower the jump when they take off. Focus on the body, resulting in excessive braking power, “see the high is not far” and so wrong. This is not only not conducive to the learning and mastering of take-off technology, but also will excessively lose the horizontal speed of the run-up.
