NNF-212型核辐射密度计,测量范围:12~65 g/cm~2(密度P×直径d);测量误差:±0.015 g/cm~3(管径>φ150 mm);±0.03 g/cm~3(管径φ70~150 mm)。由测量范围和测量误差可以看出,选择合适的被测管径,关系着仪表是否能够使用。假定被测物的密度为1~2g/cm~3,则符合测量范围的臂径为φ12~32.5cm。由于密度计可以连续测量液态、固体及液固混合物的密度,并且测量时不与被测对象接触,因此在化工系统、石油系统、冶金系统获得广泛的应用。各种不同的使用场合,被测管径亦不相同,这样就存在一个如何安装的问题。 1.若被测管径比密度计测量范围所要求的管径小,可以采用以下几种方法:(1)斜线安装法;(2)局部扩大
