目的:建立院内制药用水中总有机碳(TOC)含量测定方法。方法:采用高温催化燃烧氧化法对不同批次的水样TOC进行检测分析。结果:总有机碳在0.024~10.0 mg·L~(-1)范围内呈现较好的线性关系,r=0.999 8,平均回收率97.37%(RSD=1.30%,n=9)。水样TOC含量符合纯化水《国家药典》标准。结论:该方法精密度高,稳定性好,可应用于源水,纯化水中总有机碳的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of total organic carbon (TOC) in pharmaceutical water for hospital use. Methods: The high temperature catalytic combustion oxidation method was used to test the TOC of different batches of water sample. Results: The total organic carbon showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.024-10.0 mg · L -1, r = 0.999 8, with an average recovery of 97.37% (RSD = 1.30%, n = 9). TOC content of water samples in line with the purified water “National Pharmacopoeia” standard. Conclusion: The method has high precision and good stability, and can be applied to the determination of total organic carbon in source water and purified water.
