目的观察~(13)C-尿素呼气试验(~(13)C-UBT)检测幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的影响因素。方法选取确诊无Hp感染的患者120例与确诊已经感染的患者120例为研究对象。随机分为无感染者研究组(A组)与对照组(B组)各60例,感染者研究组(C组)与对照组(D组)各60例。C组口服PPI三联治疗联合口服大蒜素胶囊治疗,D组口服PPI三联治疗;A组检查前食用大量碳水化合物类食物,B组患者清淡饮食。观察2组大蒜素胶囊转阴率、食用大量碳水化合物后Hp的阳性检出率及健身后Hp的阳性检出率。结果 C组大蒜素胶囊治疗后~(13)C-UBT检测Hp的转阴率为93.3%,高于D组的83.3%(P<0.05);A组食用大量碳水化合物后Hp阳性率为25%,高于B组的0(P<0.05);C组健身后Hp转阴率为6.7%,高于D组的0(P<0.05)。结论~(13)C-尿素呼气试验检测Hp前要注意饮食,运动等因素的影响。
Objective To observe the influencing factors of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) by ~ (13) C-urea breath test (~ (13) C-UBT). Methods 120 patients with confirmed Hp infection and 120 patients with confirmed infection were selected as the study objects. Sixty cases were randomly divided into study group (group A) and control group (group B), 60 cases in study group (group C) and control group (group D). C group oral PPI triple therapy combined with oral allicin capsule treatment, D group oral PPI triple therapy; A group before eating a lot of carbohydrate foods, B group of patients light diet. The rate of negative conversion of allicin capsule, the positive detection rate of Hp after eating a large amount of carbohydrates and the positive detection rate of Hp after fitness were observed. Results The negative conversion rate of Hp detected by ~ (13) C-UBT in group C was 93.3%, higher than that in group D (83.3%, P <0.05). The positive rate of Hp in group A after consuming a large amount of carbohydrates was 25 %, Higher than that in group B (P <0.05). The negative conversion rate of Hp in group C after exercise was 6.7%, which was higher than that in group D (P <0.05). Conclusion ~ (13) C-urea breath test before testing Hp should pay attention to diet, exercise and other factors.
