以304不锈钢特厚板热轧复合工艺为研究对象,基于轧制变形区复合界面微元体热力学条件相似性,在Gleeble热模拟机真空环境下,进行了热轧复合物理模拟实验.通过复合界面显微组织观测、EDS能谱分析、剪切强度测试和断口SEM分析,并引入复合界面剪切强度与母材原始剪切强度的比值作为定量参数指标,研究了轧制温度、压下率和变形速率等工艺参数对界面复合质量的影响规律,为开展工艺优化和热轧复合界面强度数值预测提供了依据.
Based on the hot-rolling composite technology of 304 stainless steel extra-heavy plate, the hot-rolled composite physical simulation experiment was carried out in Gleeble thermal simulator vacuum environment based on the similarities of the thermomechanical conditions of micro-elements in the interface of rolling deformed zone.
