2007版《中国居民膳食指南》已由国家卫生部正式向全国发布。它为帮助我国居民学习和应用营养科学知识提供了一份重要的科学文件。新版膳食指南依据营养科学基本原理,采纳了近年国内外有关营养需要量和食物成分的新知识,并紧密结合我国居民实际膳食营养状况而制定,体现了科学性、先进性和可操作性。中国营养学会号召全体会员
The 2007 edition of “Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents” has been officially released to the whole country by the Ministry of Health. It provides an important scientific document for helping our residents to learn and apply nutrition science knowledge. The new dietary guidelines based on the basic principles of nutrition science, adopted at home and abroad in recent years about the nutritional needs and food ingredients of new knowledge, and closely integrated with the actual dietary nutrition of our residents formulated to reflect the scientific, advanced and operational.
