第一条为了加强专利保护,维护专利申请人、专利权人的合法权益,促进科学技术进步和创新,根据《中华人民共和国专利法》《中华人民共和国专利实施细则》和其他有关法律、法规的规定,结合自治区实际,制定本条例。(二○○四年七月二十三日新疆维吾尔自治区第十届人民代表大会常务委员会第十次会议通过)自治区十届人大常委会公告(第12号)《新疆维吾尔自治区专利保护条例》,于2004年7月23日经新疆维吾尔自治区第十届人民代表大会常务委员会第十一次会议通过。现予公布。特此公告2004年7月23日第一条为了加强专利保护,维护专利申请人、专利权人的合法权益,促进科学技术进步和创新,根据《中华人民共和国专利法》《中华人民共和国专利实施细则》和其他有关法律、法规的规定,结合自治区实际,制定本条例。
