论述了通过延时嵌入相空间重构方法获取伪相图技术 ,将该技术用于大机组非线性故障的定性特征提取 ,并选取了故障实例进行分析 .采用基于奇异值分解的相空间重构方法 ,解决了把吸引子投影到哪些基构成的平面上方能充分反映原系统特性的问题 .研究结果表明 :伪相图在一定程度上与转子的轴心轨迹类似 ;同时 ,由于伪相图可通过一维时间序列得到 ,而且伪相图的构造过程包含了降噪过程 ,因此 ,将伪相图用于大型旋转机械故障诊断中具有一定的优越性
In this paper, we introduce the technique of obtaining the pseudo-phase diagram through phase-space reconstruction with time-delay embedding, which is applied to the qualitative feature extraction of large-scale unit nonlinear faults, and select the fault examples for analysis.Using phase space reconstruction based on singular value decomposition The method solves the problem that the attractor can be projected onto the plane which can fully reflect the characteristics of the original system.The results show that the pseudo-phase diagram is similar to the rotor’s axis trajectory to a certain extent. At the same time, Through the one-dimensional time series obtained, and the pseudo-phase diagram of the construction process includes the noise reduction process, therefore, the use of pseudo-phase diagram for large rotating machinery fault diagnosis has some advantages
