建设部以建筑节能标准为主线,全面推动能源资源节约和合理利用有关标准规范的制订和修订,先后批准发布了《公共建筑节能设计标准》(GB 50189—2005)、《建筑节能工程施工质量验收规范》(GB 50411—2007)、《民用建筑太阳能热水系统应用技术规范》(GB 50364—2005)、《绿色建筑评价标准》(GB/T 50378—2006)等21项重要的国家标准和行业标准,在《住宅建筑规范》(GB 50368—2005)中体现了建筑节能和资源节约的要求,组织开展了《建筑能耗数据采集标准》、《既有公共建筑节能改造技术规程》等27项有关标准的制订、修订。
The Ministry of Construction takes the building energy efficiency standard as the main line and comprehensively promotes the formulation and revision of relevant standards and norms for energy resource conservation and rational utilization. It has successively promulgated the “Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Public Buildings” (GB 50189-2005), the “Acceptance of Construction Quality of Building Energy Conservation Project (GB 50411-2007), ”Technical Specifications for Application of Solar Hot Water System in Civil Buildings“ (GB 50364-2005) and ”Evaluation Criteria for Green Buildings“ (GB / T 50378-2006) and other 21 major national standards and industries Standard, which embodies the requirements of building energy saving and resource saving in ”Code for Residential Building“ (GB 50368-2005), and organized 27 such as ”building energy consumption data collection standard“ and ”existing public building energy-saving technical regulation" Relevant standard formulation, revision.
