用两种方法计算了垃圾焚烧炉中烟气的黑度εg和吸收率αg,由于烟气中水蒸汽成分较高,所得εg、αg大于相同温度、相同空间形状下燃煤烟气的εg、αg,且由单色气体黑度公式推得的经验公式εg=1-e-kpL与查图计算有较大偏差。计算了层燃炉中烟气辐射、炉拱辐射、烟气对流3种传热方式对入炉垃圾加热的热流密度,三者处于同一数量级,故炉型设计要综合考虑3种传热的影响。比较了流化床和室燃炉中仅靠烟气对流加热与仅靠烟气辐射加热的着火时间大小,讨论了垃圾颗粒尺寸对加热的影响
The blackness εg and absorption rate αg of the flue gas in the waste incinerator were calculated by two methods. As the water vapor content in the flue gas is higher, the obtained εg and αg are larger than the same temperature, εg of the coal flue gas under the same space shape, αg, and the empirical formula εg = 1-e-kpL deduced from the monochromatic gas blackness formula has a larger deviation from the search chart. The heat fluxes of three kinds of heat transfer modes, such as flue gas radiation, grate radiation and flue gas convection, in the layer furnace are calculated, and the three are in the same order of magnitude. Therefore, the design of the furnace type should consider the effects of three kinds of heat transfer .
