我科从1989年4月至1990年3月用鸦胆子油静脉乳剂治疗肺癌、食管癌、贲门癌等34例,观察了鸦胆子油静脉乳剂对病人免疫状态的影响。现将资料比较完整的20例报告如下。临床资料本组20例中,男17例,女3例。年龄40～65岁,平均57.7岁。肺癌9例(其中鳞癌5例,腺癌3例,未分化小细胞癌1例);食管癌及贲门癌共9例(其中鳞癌8例,腺癌1例);恶性胸膜间皮瘤2例。治疗情况:肺癌:肺叶切除6例,双肺叶切除Ⅰ例,左上肺叶袖式切除1例,开胸探查1例,其中7例并用化疗。食管癌及贲门癌:切除术7例,开胸探查2例,其中
In our department, 34 cases of lung cancer, esophageal cancer, and cardiac cancer were treated with Brucea javanica oil emulsion from April 1989 to March 1990. The effect of Brucea javanica oil emulsion on the immune status of the patient was observed. The 20 cases with complete data are reported below. Clinical data in this group of 20 cases, 17 males and 3 females. Age 40 to 65 years, average 57.7 years old. 9 cases of lung cancer (including 5 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 3 cases of adenocarcinoma, 1 case of undifferentiated small cell carcinoma); 9 cases of esophageal and cardiac cancer (8 cases of squamous carcinoma and 1 case of adenocarcinoma); malignant pleural mesothelioma 2 cases. Treatment: Lung cancer: 6 cases of lobectomy, 1 case of lobectomy, 1 case of left upper lobe sleeve resection, 1 case of open chest exploration, 7 cases of which were treated with chemotherapy.
