各行政公署,各市、县人民政府,省政府各直属单位:经省政府领导同意,现将《’97中国旅游年黑龙江省活动方案》(以下简称《方案》)印发给你们,并提出如下要求,请一并贯彻执行。一、各地、市、县要提高对开展旅游年活动的认识,将其摆上议事日程,切实加强领导。要制定方案,开展确有实效的宣传促销活动,吸引更多的海内外旅游者、客商到我省旅游投资。二、各有关部门要通力合作,紧密配合,认真完成《方案》中明确的各项工作任务,形成宣传、促销、资源开发、设施建设和旅游接待上的整体合力,保证各项活动取得圆满成功。三、要切实加强全省旅游行业管理、规范旅游企业经营行为,加强旅游服务质量监督检查,全面提高接待水平和服务质量。
