当前,在水稻花药培养工作中,有许多问题需要解决,尤为重要的是如何提高愈伤组织的诱导率和绿苗的分化率问题。在这方面,关于培养基中激素的种类和浓度引起了普遍的注意。本试验着眼于在N_6培养基的基础上加入杂交水稻根提取液以增高培养基中的细胞分裂素的含量。已有资料证明,水稻的根具有玉米素的四种化合物。玉米素能延迟叶片的衰老,而杂交水稻比一般水稻品种叶片衰老较迟,并且伤流液分泌较多,因此,我们设想杂交水稻根系含有较多的细胞分裂素类物质。
At present, many problems need to be solved in the cultivation of rice anther, and it is particularly important to improve the induction rate of callus and the differentiation rate of green seedlings. In this respect, there has been widespread attention about the type and concentration of hormones in the medium. This experiment focused on the N_6 medium based on the hybrid rice root extract to increase the content of cytokinin in the medium. It has been shown that the roots of rice have four compounds of zeatin. Zeatin can delay leaf senescence, while hybrid rice leaves senesce later than common rice varieties, and secrete more liquid, so we assume hybrid rice root contains more cytokinins.
