目的 NTHI及CDFI评价肝癌射频治疗术早期效果。方法 应用NTHI和CDFI对行集束电极射频治疗肝癌的 3 5例患者 4 7个肿块治疗前后 1周瘤体的形态学及血供进行了观察。结果 射频术后 1周 ,3 5例患者 4 7个肿块中 3 1个体积缩小 ,9个肿块大小变化不明显 ,7个肿块较术前增大。低回声肿块变成等回声或强回声肿块 ,强回声肿块无变化或变化不均质强回声。术前 4 2个肿块可测及血流信号 ,术后 19个血流减少 ,14个完全消失。结论 NTHI和CDFI对观察射频疗效有重要的意义。
Objective NTHI and CDFI were used to evaluate the early effects of radiofrequency hepatic radiotherapy. Methods NTHI and CDFI were used to observe the morphology and blood supply of 45 cases of 45 patients who underwent radiofrequency ablation in 47 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. Results One week after RF, 31 of the 37 patients had 3 1 volume shrinkage. The size of 9 tumors did not change significantly, and 7 tumors were larger than before. The hypoechoic mass becomes an echo or a strong echo mass, and there is no change in the hyperechoic mass or the change is not homogenous and strong. Preoperatively, 4 2 tumors were detectable and blood flow signals. Postoperative blood flow was reduced and 14 disappeared completely. Conclusion NTHI and CDFI are important for the observation of radiofrequency therapeutic efficacy.
