在教研工作中,如何创新教学研究的形式,吸引教师们认真参与,发挥教师们教研的主动性和积极性,使教研活动具有针对性和实践性,真正使教研活动成为教师成长和成熟的平台,使教师活动深入人心等问题,是值得教研活动的计划者、组织者和实施者认真重视的问题。针对教研工作多年流于形式的现状,笔者从开发创新教学研究的形式出发,探研同题上课的理论意义和实践价值。
In the teaching and research work, how to innovate the form of teaching research, attract teachers to participate seriously, give full play to the initiative and enthusiasm of teachers’ teaching and research, make teaching and research activities targeted and practical, and truly make teaching and research activities a platform for teachers’ growth and maturity. It is a question worthy of the planners, organizers, and practitioners of the teaching and research activities to make teacher activities deeply rooted in people’s hearts. In view of the fact that the teaching and research work has been in the form for many years, the author starts with the development of innovative teaching research and explores the theoretical significance and practical value of the same topic.
