肝细胞癌(HCC)在门脉性肝内转移和远处转移中,其癌细胞必然要破坏脉管基底膜。Ⅳ型胶原分解酶能特异地分解基底膜的主要成分Ⅳ型胶原。该酶活性在HCC的癌组织处出现高值;远处转移严重的病例该酶活性更高。本作者首次提出用APMA和胰酶活化该酶的方法,从而首次测出了血中该酶的活性。共测定24例,其中7例健康人为对照组,7例肝硬化(LC组),10例肝硬
In liver metastasis and distant metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), the cancer cells must destroy the vascular basement membrane. Type IV collagenase can specifically decompose type IV collagen, the main component of the basement membrane. This enzyme activity shows a high value in the cancerous tissues of HCC, and the activity of the enzyme is higher in cases with distant metastases. The author first proposed the method of activating the enzyme with APMA and pancreatic enzyme, and thus measured the activity of the enzyme in blood for the first time.
