我国高职教育具有高等教育和职业教育的双重属性。在“四化两型”建设背景下,湖南高职教育人才培养亦呈现新的特点。如何适应这些新的特点,就是要调整、提升湖南高职教育的人才培养质量,以适应经济产业结构调整、经济发展方式转变、区域可持续发展、生态文明提升、道德修养加强为人才培养目标。
Our higher vocational education has the dual attributes of higher education and vocational education. Under the background of “four types and two types ” construction, talent cultivation of higher vocational education in Hunan also presents new characteristics. How to adapt to these new features is to adjust and enhance the quality of personnel training in higher vocational education in Hunan in order to adapt to the structural adjustment of economic and industrial structure, the transformation of economic development mode, the sustainable development of the region, the improvement of ecological civilization and the enhancement of moral cultivation as the goal of personnel training.
