以南眉籽为试材,研究测定了南眉籽的抗氧化活性及其微量元素含量。并将南眉籽烘干、粉碎,制备南眉籽乙醇提取物,测定提取物对羟基自由基(·OH)和超氧阴离子自由基(O2·)的清除率,并与维生素C进行比较。结果表明:南眉籽乙醇提取物的抗氧化活性与维生素C基本相同。将南眉籽粉末进行消解,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)测定微量元素含量。检测出南眉籽中主要含有6种微量元素,含量分别为Sr 71.5μg/g、Fe 58.7μg/g、Mn25.7μg/g、Cu 20.7μg/g、Si 17.2μg/g、Zn 16.8μg/g。所以在食品中添加南眉籽能补充6种微量元素。
The results showed that the antioxidant activity and the content of trace elements of Nanmei Seeds were tested with Nanmei Seeds as test material. Drying and smashing Nanmei Seeds, the ethanol extract of Nanmei Seeds was prepared, and the scavenging rates of · · OH and superoxide anion radicals (· · · · ·) of the extracts were determined and compared with that of Vitamin C. The results showed that the antioxidant activity of ethanol extract from Nanmei seed was almost the same as that of vitamin C. Nanmei seed powder was digested and the content of trace elements was determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). The results showed that there are six kinds of trace elements in Nanmei Seeds, which are Sr 71.5μg / g, Fe 58.7μg / g, Mn 25.7μg / g, Cu 20.7μg / g, Si 17.2μg / g, Zn 16.8μg / g. So in the food to add South Mei Mei seeds can add 6 kinds of trace elements.
