通过不同栽培方式对黄芩产量及黄芩苷含量影响的研究 ,结果表明 :平畦宽行宽幅条播剪花枝、窄行条播蹲苗控上的与对照窄行条播相比 ,增产极显著。产量水平分别为 2 5 77.0 0 kg/ hm和 2 45 5 .80 kg/ hm2 ,比对照分别增产 3 9.3 5 %和 3 2 .79% ;平畦宽行宽幅条播的产量为 2 12 2 .3 5 kg/ hm2 ,比对照增产 14 .76% ,未达到显著水平 ;起垄宽幅条播的产量为 14 2 5 .0 0 kg/ hm2 ,比对照减产 2 2 .95 % ,达到显著水平。黄芩苷含量以窄行条播蹲苗控上、平畦宽行宽幅条播剪花枝的最高 ,分别比对照窄行条播提高 11.87%和 2 .5 2 % ,起垄宽幅条播的最低 ,比对照减少 5 .94% ,但均未达到显著水平。从黄芩单位面积黄芩苷产量看 ,窄行条播蹲苗控上、平畦宽行宽幅条播剪花枝的最高 ,黄芩苷产量分别为 185 .10 kg/ hm2和 178.0 5 kg/ hm2 ,比对照窄行条播分别增加 48.5 0 %和 42 .84%。
The effects of different cultivation methods on the yield and the content of baicalin in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi were studied.
