瑞士建国始于1291年。当时三个地区的农民代表在吕特里草地协议反抗奥地利哈斯堡王朝的统治。今年是瑞士的七百周年纪念。国庆日为8月1日。目前瑞士版图面积41293平方公里,人口六百二十万。这个欧洲内陆小国,靠着历代领导人的智慧和人民的勤劳,在没有自然资源的条件下,居然发展成一个世界上名列前矛的富国。高山成为旅游滑雪点,丘陵变成牧场,山坡修成葡萄园,狭谷修水库,洼地成湖泊,被人誉为“世界花园”。
