目的了解海口市海鱼铅的含量及评估居民膳食铅暴露量。方法通过石墨炉原子吸收法对采集的海鱼样品进行铅含量检测,并结合膳食暴露评估方法进行分析。结果海口市鱼铅含量的平均值为0.101mg/kg,无任何样品超标;各个年龄组的人群鱼铅膳食暴露量均低于PTDI。结论成人摄食海口海鱼是安全的,建议低龄组儿童限量摄食海产品,食用海口市出口的水产品是安全的。
Objective To understand the content of lead in sea fish in Haikou City and evaluate the dietary lead exposure of residents. Methods The lead content of the collected sea fish samples was detected by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry and analyzed with the method of dietary exposure assessment. Results The average content of lead in Haikou City was 0.101mg / kg, without any excessive samples. The exposure of fish lead to diet in all age groups was lower than that of PTDI. Conclusion It is safe for adults to feed the sea fish in Haikou. It is suggested that the children of the younger age groups should consume the seafood in limited quantities. It is safe to eat aquatic products exported from Haikou City.
