由联合国教科文组织在苏联莫斯科大学举办了为期2个月(6.10～8.10)的第十八期国际高级水文培训班。该班的主要内容为水资源评价和地区供水的科学原理。参加该班的有21个国家共25名学员;作为东道主,苏联又派25名学员参加了该培训班。培训班结业后,苏方组织外国学员前往敖德萨市、瓦尔达依水文实验站等地作为期10多天的文化和科学性的参观游览、考察。
The 18th International Advanced Hydrology Training Course was held by UNESCO at the Moscow University of the Soviet Union for a period of 2 months (6.10 to 8.10). The main content of this class is the scientific principle of water resources evaluation and regional water supply. A total of 25 participants from 21 countries participated in the class; as the host, the Soviet Union sent 25 students to attend the training course. After the completion of the training course, the Soviet Union organized foreign trainees to visit Odessa City and Vardayi Hydrological Experimental Station as cultural and scientific visits and inspections for more than 10 days.
