本文是湖南省第四工程公司的升级规划,其规划目标明确,实现目的、实施对策,具体可行,这是企业抓管理,上等级,全面提高企业素质必不可少的工作。目前,我国施工企业普遍存在的问题是水泥、玻璃等材料浪废严重,同国外同行业比尚有很大的差距。当前企业抓管理,上等级要求企业最大限度地节约三材,降低原材料的消耗。希望这个问题能引起企业的重视,本文提到的三材节约率还偏低。
This article is an upgrade plan for the Fourth Engineering Company of Hunan Province. Its planning objectives are clear, and the purpose and implementation of countermeasures are concrete and feasible. This is an indispensable task for the enterprise to grasp management and upgrade its quality. At present, the common problem in China’s construction enterprises is that materials such as cement and glass are seriously wasted and waste, and there is still a big gap compared with foreign counterparts. At present, the company pays attention to management, and the upper level requires the enterprise to save three materials to the maximum extent and reduce the consumption of raw materials. It is hoped that this problem can arouse the attention of enterprises. The savings rate of the three materials mentioned in this article is still low.
