一、前言众所周知,无烟煤是一种碳化程度高、挥发份很低的煤种。按美国材料试验协会(ASTM 标准)规定:无烟煤的可燃基挥发份(无水无灰基)为2~8%,可燃基固定碳为92—98%。无烟煤的挥发份组成中,热值较高的氢含量很少,其固定碳与含氢量之比一般都大于20。因此,无烟煤的燃烧要比其它煤种困难得多。设计无烟煤锅炉的燃烧装置时必须考虑这一特点,采取特殊的结构与措施以改善无烟煤的着火及燃烧过程。
