2013年10月22至24日,海南省林业厅科技主管部门牵头组成督导小组,对2012年度中央财政林业科技推广示范资金项目开展督导检查。此次督导检查项目有“黄桐扦插苗培育及栽培示范”、“金银花栽培示范和技术推广”、“濒危珍贵树种海南粗榧种苗培育与栽培示范”等。其中:“黄桐扦插苗培育及栽培示范”项目建设示范林43亩、建立育苗圃10亩;“金银花栽培示范和技术推广”建设育苗苗圃10亩、建设采穗圃5亩、种苗繁育36万株、建设金银花示范基地30亩;“濒危珍贵树种海南粗榧种苗培育与栽培示范”项目通过建设苗圃、培育苗木、移植大树人工种植栽培,促进海南粗榧资源的保护,改变海南粗榧资源短缺的状况,将为我国提供充足的生物碱制作原料。通过检查,督导小组对各项目执行情况给予肯定,要求各项目小组在后续工作中,进
